Refund and Exchange Policy

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of all products sold on our store. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund under the following conditions:

Exchange & Return Policy:
Exchange or return is available within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by its original packaging and invoice.

In-Store Pickup Orders:
Orders must be collected within 7 working days from the date of order completion. If not collected within this period, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Defective or Incorrect Orders:
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the store will cover all shipping costs. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging and/or wrapping, without any damage.

Other Cases (Customer Preference):
If the customer requests an exchange or return for personal reasons, the customer will bear the shipping costs. Products must be shipped to our head office in Riyadh or delivered to one of our branch staff.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days via the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the product. Our store is not responsible for any shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
